1. Do not infuriate, do not spam, do not annoy. The client has entrusted you with the most valuable thing — his attention. If he subscribed to your chat bot, you shouldn't send him notifications every day with the question: "How R U?" This will only speed up the unsubscription! If there is paid content in the chatbot, then there is no need to groan "buy, buy it!" (This is how messages like "Still in doubt !?")
2. Personalize. Do you know what target audience segments are? So, in our service you can make your own hypersegmentation by assigning categories to users depending on the action they have taken. Let everyone see relevant content! You can also configure the bot so that it addresses everyone by their username.
3. Consider feedback and correct mistakes. Why are users leaving? At what stages do they get stuck? You can follow the activity in the service, but even better - create a support chat. You'd be surprised how much insight you can get if you ask a direct question.
4. Look for new points of contact. Maybe your client is not a native of Telegram, and only comes there when necessary. Ask him to leave his e-mail — rarely, but aptly send useful content.
5. Simplicity. Your bot should be understandable for the client, not for you! Imagine that your beloved granny needs to use a bot. She should be 100% clear about two things: 1. which button to press; 2. what result she will receive in the end.
6. Not only functional, but also beautiful! Pictures, texts, buttons — everything should be harmonious and in its place. Ask a familiar designer to look at your bot — nothing will confuse him?
7. Benefit. Well, it's not worth explaining here. It should be better with your bot than without it - more convenient, nicer and easier! Otherwise, you should not start.
