After choosing a location, the route map and audio recording are loaded. Get to the point on the map, turn on the guide, listen and enjoy. Such is the excursion for introverts - no crowds and no hard timing.
The bot was assembled in exactly one month. Most of the time was spent testing and setting up integrations; selection of content and voice acting. Building a bot in PuzzleBot: // turned out to be easy for Ilnur: he figured it out on his own.
Bot feature: will show the nearest museums.
How it is implemented: a custom list of objects in Google maps was created, copied to the constructor. When clicking on the link from the bot, the user's geolocation and the list of objects will open automatically.
For this task, Yandex cards were initially selected. But during the testing process, they caught a ban with the wording "exceeded the number of requests." I had to redo it on Google - the functionality only won.
Ilnur's love of travel led him to the idea of creating a bot: he wanted to create what he was looking for for himself and his family. Architecture and museums, historic sites and urban histories - structure it all and put it all together in one place.
Plans: to attract Kazan guides and restaurateurs. Guides can answer questions, make pre-recordings, collect group excursions, accept prepayment.
Chatbots of restaurants and cafes will reserve a table, tell you about the menu and program for the evening.
