We want to share important information:
1. Payment of the tariff from cards issued outside the Russian Federation is temporarily not working. If you have any difficulties with payment, please write to @BAYKINTOP in private messages and we will solve the problem on an individual basis.
2. The dollar exchange rate is growing due to which the prices for hosting, servers, protection, clouds and other necessary services are growing accordingly, however, we have decided not to raise the cost of tariff plans due to the general difficult economic situation.
We cannot say for how long we will be able to keep tariff prices down, as this directly depends on the exchange rate, but we will try.
3. A bug with stickers was found, due to which the sticker is loaded through the Document Block only when using the Insert file ID method and only when sending the sticker through the sticker selection window (not as a file).

4. Not so long ago , the bot constructor was hacked, which raised questions about the security of PuzzleBot — we securely store all tokens in encrypted form, which means that even if hacked, attackers will not be able to rebind bots and use them.
In case of an attempt to perform actions with bots through PuzzleBot, we will instantly interrupt any actions of intruders.
For service users who have suffered from hacking or platform policy, we are ready to help with moving to PuzzleBot and issue a trial period, for this, write an email to support@puzzlebot.top
