Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby give my specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent, relating to the subject matter specified herein (hereinafter, the "Consent"), to the processing of the following personal data of mine (if provided to the Administration):

first name, last name, patronymic, email address, mobile phone number, address, TIN (INN), details of my passport or other identity document, my payment card details and other payment information, client ID, my other personal data, Tariffs, Blocks, Modules, Templates and Content used and posted by me under the User Agreement (Offer) (hereinafter, the "Agreement"), the text of which is available at https://puzzle.bot/terms, and to which I have acceded in full by accepting this offer (hereinafter, the "Personal Data"),

by LLC "PB", TIN (INN) 7448265179, KPP 744801001, OGRN 1257400032284,

registered address: 454014, Chelyabinsk Region, Chelyabinsk (above and hereinafter, the "Administration"),

for the purpose of creating an account and identifying me on the account page on the Administration's Site, the provision of services to me by the Administration, and the mutual performance of the Agreement, a necessary part of which is the processing of payments made by bank card or by other means in favor of the Administration, communication between the Administration and me, and data analytics.

I hereby confirm (represent) that

— I have read in advance all documents posted on the websites at https://puzzlebot.top, https://puzzle.bot, https://labo.top, including subdomains (above and hereinafter, the "Site"), including, without limitation, this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data, the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data, the User Agreement and the Cookie Policy, fully understand and agree with them, and accept them in full, unconditionally and without reservation, without any exceptions or limitations, on the terms of accession in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, having accepted the Agreement in the ways provided for therein;

— the terms set out in the above documents, their meaning and significance fully correspond to my actual intentions, and I give this Consent and accept the Agreement not as a result of a material mistake;

— I have not been deprived of legal capacity, I am not registered (on a medical register) or under guardianship or custodianship, I do not suffer from any illness preventing me from understanding the essence of this Consent, the User Agreement and other documents posted on the websites at https://puzzlebot.top, https://puzzle.bot, https://labo.top, including subdomains, and there are no circumstances compelling me to give this Consent or to accept the Agreement on terms extremely unfavorable to me.

The Administration has the right to perform, with and without the use of automation tools, the following actions with my Personal Data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

The Administration has the right to transfer my personal data to third parties, including JSC "Selectel", TIN/KPP 7810962785/781001001, registered address: 196006, St. Petersburg, Tsvetochnaya St., Building 21, Letter A, for the purpose of performing the Agreement.

My rights have been explained to me in the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data, the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data, the User Agreement and the Cookie Policy and other documents posted on the websites at https://puzzlebot.top, https://puzzle.bot, https://labo.top, including subdomains.

By giving this Consent, I confirm (represent) that I am acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, that the Personal Data I provide to the Administration is accurate, complete and up to date at the time of its provision, and I undertake to keep my Personal Data so for the entire term of the Agreement.

It has been explained to me that my failure to provide Personal Data to the Administration, or my provision of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated Personal Data to the Administration, or my failure to notify (or late notification of) the Administration of a change in Personal Data may make it impossible to achieve the purpose of processing Personal Data provided for in this Consent.

The Consent is valid from the day it is given until the purpose of processing the Personal Data by the Administration is achieved or until the need to achieve this purpose ceases, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or an agreement between me and the Administration.

It has been explained to me that I may withdraw the Consent by sending the Administration a letter with the subject "Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data" to the email address support@puzzlebot.top or to the postal address: 454014, Russia, Chelyabinsk Region, Chelyabinsk Urban District, Chelyabinsk, Komsomolsky Prospekt, Building 84, Apt. 62.

I understand and agree that if I withdraw the Consent, the Administration will be entitled to continue processing all or some of the Personal Data without my consent in order to exercise and perform the functions, powers and duties imposed on the Administration by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the basis of clause 2, part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006, as well as to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration and/or third parties on the basis of clause 7, part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006, provided that my rights and legitimate interests are not thereby violated.
