Five mechanics for Telegram contests

1. Participate button

What: simple mechanics via @RandomGodBot - you can set up the number of winners, and the bot will automatically summarize the results in the post. There will be a "Participate" button under the announcement - it will also appear in the anchor in the channel header.
What are the conditions: click the button, subscribe to the channel, sometimes comment or react.
How it works: "The Golden Apple" shares the beauty favorites of stars and bloggers and sometimes raffles off a set of products among subscribers - this was the case with a selection of makeup artist Olga Fox.

2. Best comment

What: Ask a question or situation to make subscribers want to throw in their choices. You can choose a winner on your own or give the audience prize to the most liked comment.
What are the conditions: creative comment, the most interesting story or the best recommendation.
How it works: MTS Bank collected financial tips in comments for Isolde, bank's customer who can't save money properly.

3. Speed Contests

What: riddles, rebuses or Easter eggs that add up to the right answer - any tasks where you have to think or look for the right answer in the brand content. You can use not only text, but also circles, voiceovers, spoiler text, reactions. And also remember that the audience is only willing to get very involved for a worthwhile prize.
What are the conditions: before others to write the correct answer in the comments. You can introduce a condition that only unedited posts participate - otherwise it's hard to catch the cheaters.
How it works: the streaming service can drop Easter eggs into the posts to make subscribers guess by them what movie is about to be released on the platform - an uncomplicated mechanic could get them a free subscription.

4. Reaction contest

What: a classic prank, like a blogger's, but with the ability to influence the further course of events: different reactions symbolize different answer choices.
What are the conditions: the user has to leave reactions and follow the development of the story - and sometimes change the reactions to other ones.
How it works: a blogger in a collab with a brand of candy can send a gift to a random subscriber, make an art object out of candy to give it to the first person he meets - engaging, like challenges.

5. Contest with WebApp-bots

What: Web-bots and mini-applications inside Telegram. If you are not afraid of JavaScript development, you can implement check promos, promo-code roulette, and referral programs. In detail about the mechanics told here.
What are the terms: it all depends on the mechanics - you can unload checks, you can just participate in the quiz or spin the wheel, and you can promise additional rewards for attracting friends.
How it works: if you sell cosmetics, you can use receipts to raffle off a set of bestsellers, and you can wrap a 20% discount on all products or a sanitizer as a gift.
