This mini app is a full-fledged platform that brings together artists, music channel editors and the editor-in-chief. An artist submits a release, editors listen to it and write reviews, and the editor-in-chief checks the quality and publishes the final post

What the bot is for
Artists used to struggle to get quality feedback before a track came out, while editors were drowning in chaotic submissions. Distributing submissions manually in messengers caused confusion, and there was no way to judge how objective the reviews were. We built a single system that automates this process.
The app is built as a Telegram Mini App and runs on the flexible puzzlebot platform (with NocoDB). This ensures stable operation, transparent status logic and protection of all participants' data.
How the bot works
1. The artist opens the mini app and sees a screen with their latest release and a "Share release" button. The home page shows the current status of their submission. From here, they can send a new release by tapping the button. In their personal account, the artist sees their profile and subscription status.
2. The "Share release" button takes the artist to a form. They fill in the title, genre, cover art and streaming links. Once sent, the submission goes into the shared database. If the artist has an active subscription, the submission automatically gets priority status and reaches the editors first.
3. An editor sees the new submission in the "Listen to other releases" section and can take it on. By tapping the release, the editor rates the track. They have a choice: take it for a full review, change its category (if the genre doesn't fit) or skip it.
To rule out bias, we use a "three skips" system: if 3 different editors skip a track, it automatically gets the "Rejected" status, no arguments needed.
4. If the submission is taken on, the editor fills in the review form: what they liked, the mood, the review and the overall state. Once the form is filled in, the draft goes to the editor-in-chief for review. The editor-in-chief rates the quality of the review and sends the final summary
5. Editors have a gamification system: they earn points for every review, unlock achievements and compete on the leaderboard. Points (XP) are awarded for every useful piece of work. These points build rankings for the Week, Month and Year. Editors also have personal ranks that go up as they gain experience, turning routine work into an engaging game
Results
For organizers and the editor-in-chief: Full quality control. Built-in statistics on all submissions (statuses, trends), each editor's performance and the platform's overall growth metrics in real time
For editors: A transparent submission distribution system, clear tools for the job and strong motivation through points, ranks and recognition at the top of the rankings
For artists: The simplest possible way to submit a release 24/7, a transparent submission status at every stage and the option to order an in-depth review of a track, even if it wasn't picked up
